What we are about
Di Taylor established this Human Resources Consultancy in 2002. The concept is to meet the need of small to medium sized companies who are not quite large enough to employ their own Human Resources Management function but nevertheless have to comply with employment law. Alternatively, there are times when larger companies have special projects which would be too onerous for their HR staff to undertake so have a need for a Human Resource Consultant.
To fit various budgets the company operates on a project, daily or hourly rate basis whichever is most appropriate. Schemes to pay over a period of time are also available to assist smaller companies and their cashflow.
The company comprises of personnel with experience in both the public and private sector. Di herself has previously managed a recruitment agency, worked within organisations as an H R Manager, and also as a training and development adviser with the Learning + Skills Council.
A Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, Di has served on the local group committee (including 4 years as Chairman) for 14 years and still attends seminars to enable her to keep up to date with legislation and trends. She has also completed a diploma in Neuro Linguistic Programming & Humanistic Neuro Linguistic Psychology. She has survived raising four children and has retained a good sense of humour.
Tides of Change reflects the constant ebb and flow of business pressures, the need for positive change management within companies, and the fact that the company is based on the South Coast.
